Responsibilities Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels. Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights. Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth. Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau. Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst position in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or Finance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations. Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau and MS Excel. Innovative problem‑solving skills: ability to tackle complex challenges creatively and adapt to evolving scenarios. Stakeholder management and communication: able to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Management, with strong commercial acumen.
