Contribute to the development of new service offerings, tools and methodologies to stimulate innovation. Lead workshops with stakeholders. Carry out data analysis and reporting to facilitate customer decision‑making. Prepare documents and presentations to show project progress, results and recommendations. Ability to lead strategic consulting projects, sometimes multi‑sectoral, with multiple stakeholders (e.g., clients, government entities, suppliers, communities, etc.). Effective management of strategic consulting projects (interdisciplinary coordination, ability to influence, clear communications, etc.). Strategy development, analytical thinking, and proposal of adapted solutions and innovations in energy transition. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and oral. Fluency in French will be considered an asset. Why choose CIMA+? Comprehensive Group Benefits available from day one for all permanent employees working at least 20 hours per week.
