Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for a hyper‑organized, relationship‑driven, and data‑minded individual who excels at building community, driving user activation, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role blends community engagement, activation outreach, growth outreach, and data analysis. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, proactive, growth‑minded, and motivated to create meaningful experiences for clinicians nationwide. This is an in‑office, collaborative role requiring autonomy, adaptability, and strong communication skills especially in writing effective emails and clinician outreach. Key Responsibilities Community Building & Ecosystem Health Build and nurture relationships with clinicians across Canada (PCPs, NPs, pharmacists, specialists). Recruit and onboard new specialists to maintain a balanced and healthy clinician ecosystem. Conduct meaningful touchpoints (virtual or in‑person) to ensure clinicians feel supported and engaged. Write compelling outreach emails that drive specialist onboarding, PCP activation, and feature adoption. Support new provincial rollouts, feature launches, and clinician activation plans. Assist at conferences, events, and Welcome Collaborative sessions (occasional travel required). Customer Success & Activation Support Map user journeys and identify where clinicians get stuck. Create activation nudges (emails, guides, workflows) that drive first and repeat consults. Support onboarding sessions, demos, webinars, and occasional support ticket handling. Platform Insight & Feedback Loops Monitor platform activity to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Gather clinician feedback and share insights with all departments. Help ensure a smooth, high‑quality user experience. Data Analysis & Ecosystem Monitoring Track key metrics related to activation, MAUs, retention, and consult volume. Monitor supply–demand balance across specialties and provinces to maintain a healthy clinician ecosystem. Identify drop‑off points or friction in user journeys and surface actionable insights. Prepare simple dashboards and data pulls that inform strategy and decision‑making. Required Experience & Skills Post‑secondary degree in communications, business, health sciences, epidemiology, informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Analytical ability: comfortable interpreting metrics and turning insights into action. Proven ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in community building, customer success, or outreach is an asset. Nice to Haves Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment. Familiarity with Canadian healthcare. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and data analysis tools.
