Required Skill Set: • Good years as service delivery manager • Good years commercial payments domain experience • Good years client site experience • Strong program management and delivery experience across service lines development, prod support, and QA • Strong understanding of Java NodeJS, Datawarehouse, Microservices, AWS Cloud systems • Strong experience in preparing and presenting service delivery dashboards to executive leaders • Strong stakeholder management, communication, decision making and team management skills • Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC • Good understanding of AI solutions and productivity acceleration solutions • ITIL certification (nice to have) Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
