Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Communicate effectively with insurers to negotiate and secure competitive coverage terms. Review and process policy documents, endorsements, and certificates in a timely manner. Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards. Assist the broker in client meetings, follow‑up communications, and strategic account planning initiatives. Respond to client inquiries with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and service excellence. The Value You Bring Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs in a busy environment Strong understanding of commercial lines products and markets Level 2 General Insurance License required Proficiency in Epic and Policy Works Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Hours 37.5 hrs per week Location Edmonton, AB Requisition 82335 Compensation Range $55,000 - $70,000 At Western, we prioritize the well‑being of our employees and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity within our communities.
