My client in the logistics industry and based in the Kimberley area has a Operations supervisor position available.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Availability of time and flexibility of schedules.
  • Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.
  • Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function Motivate, train and develop leaders and operational teams
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client
  • Provide operational conditions for the execution of the team's routines and for obtaining results
  • Ensure market presence (clients of the client), attesting to the conditions and performance of the teams' service/deliveries
  • Develop and guarantee maintenance suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customer
  • Carry out People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety processes, among others others
  • Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities)
  • Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the client
  • Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company
  • Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO/VPO and
  • Excellence Program
Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification or degree in the Logistics and supply chain management

3 - 5 years experience in a supervisory position

3 - 5 years experience in Logistics

MS Office
