Relationship AnalystJoin us as a Relationship Analyst at Wellington Management. The role supports the Americas Institutional Group within the Client Platform Institutional Sales team, focusing on the Canada region. Based in Toronto, the Analyst works closely with Business Developers and Relationship Managers to support opportunities across institutional and wealth channels in Canada.ResponsibilitiesPrepare high‑impact presentations, briefing materials, and client collateral for external meetings.Participate in client, consultant, and prospect meetings and conference calls.Conduct analysis and respond to internal and external inquiries on portfolio, investment guidelines, market trends, regulatory considerations, and fees.Act as a point of contact for internal groups and coordinate key client communications.Capture and maintain client data in internal systems and build a strong prospect pipeline.Qualify and coordinate Requests for Information (RFI), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), and Requests for Proposals (RFP).Develop an understanding of Wellington Management’s investment approaches and relevant products.Champion data accuracy and insight‑driven reporting using the Delivery Management Platform.Qualifications1–3 years of client service experience in investment management.Experience with institutional or wealth clients is a plus.Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products.Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.Professional demeanor with a sense of humor.Positive attitude and growth mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Salesforce experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or progress toward CAIA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.BenefitsUnparalleled exposure to global investment strategies and institutional client needs.Hands‑on experience supporting business development and relationship management.Mentorship and collaboration with seasoned professionals across investment, operations, and client service teams.Front‑row seat to how investment decisions are communicated, structured, and supported for world‑class clients.We are dedicated to building and maintaining a diversified workforce and are committed to equal opportunity employment.
