We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our operations and finance team, supporting our leadership in tracking performance, building models, and ensuring our systems and reporting remain best-in-class.
Track and analyze revenue, expenses, and bonus structures across all divisions.
Manage systems and databases, updating spreadsheets, pulling detailed reports, and ensuring data integrity.
Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards for leadership.
Conduct business process reviews, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
Partner with technology and operations teams to support system upgrades, integrations, and automation projects.
Assist in developing budgets and variance analysis to track organizational performance against targets.
Provide competitive and market analysis to support strategic decisions.
Act as a liaison between management and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into clear requirements.
Document business requirements, workflows, and policies to create clarity and consistency.
Support compliance by ensuring processes align with regulatory and industry standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven experience in financial analysis, modelling, and business reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau is an asset).
Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data management.
Familiarity with contracts, bonuses, and performance tracking is an asset.
