(THEM), we’ve built a 45+ year reputation as a trusted leader in environmental consulting — and we’re growing.We’re currently hiring an Occupational Hygienist to join our Toronto office, in a leadership-track role supporting client projects, team mentorship, and technical excellence in the field.This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional ready to take the next step in their consulting career — with room to grow, lead, and make a real impact.What You’ll DoAs a key member of our Occupational Hygiene Department, you’ll support and lead a wide range of occupational health and safety projects.You’ll be responsible for:Conducting exposure assessments for chemical, biological, and physical agentsPerforming indoor air quality (IAQ), ergonomic and ventilation assessmentsDeveloping and implementing sampling strategies and exposure modelingDelivering technical reports, client recommendations, training, and compliance guidanceServing as a client liaison and managing expectations throughout project lifecyclesSupporting junior staff through knowledge sharing and occasional training deliveryThis position is based in our Toronto office, located near Dixon Road and Highway 27. We celebrate knowledge-sharing and empower staff at all levels to contribute ideas, lead change, and build careers they’re proud of.What You BringQualifications (Must-Haves):3–5 years of relevant experience in occupational hygiene, environmental health, or OHS consultingBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Occupational Hygiene, or related fieldEligible for or holding a CIH or ROH designation (required or near completion)Strong technical skills with air sampling equipment, IAQ tools, and hygiene methodologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management, problem-solving, and project coordination abilitiesValid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicleAssets (Nice-to-Haves):Experience delivering training sessions or presentationsFamiliarity with CAD drawings or data interpretation tools (e.g., Bayesian stats, lognormal plots)Active participation in the hygiene or safety professional communityType: Full-time, permanent (Part-time may be considered)Location: Toronto, ON (with local travel)Salary: Competitive, based on experienceSchedule: Monday to Friday, flexible working hoursBenefits: Vision care, dental care, wellness programs, education reimbursement, disability insurance, EAP, and moreWe value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
