We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and organized Parts Manager to join our dynamic team and help ensure the smooth operation of our parts department.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient inventory management.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of parts associates, ensuring the team’s productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor parts inventory levels, place orders, and track shipments to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Work closely with service and sales departments to ensure parts availability and timely delivery for repairs and sales.
- Manage customer inquiries, providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of parts requests.
- Develop and implement effective parts sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, manage return policies, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on parts department performance, including sales, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry (minimum 3-5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, parts ordering systems, and inventory management practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on detail.
- Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds and Reynolds).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
