We are looking for a skilled Developer to help build and maintain our cutting-edge wealth management platform. The opportunity: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer to join our Toronto-based tech team. You will be responsible for writing clean, high‑quality code and collaborating with Product Managers and other developers to build and enhance our software products. This is a full‑time, on‑site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications for the Optimize platform. Work with Product Managers to define and refine feature requirements. Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code. Participate in code reviews to maintain high‑quality standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Experience with front‑end (e.g., React, Angular) and/or back‑end technologies. Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
