Lead print services at Staples Canada using customer engagement and graphic communications knowledge to guide store performance. Support customers and associates across print and service areas.
As a Print & Services Supervisor, you lead a team while driving sales, customer experiences, and operational excellence. You guide associates in solutions, products, and services while building customer relationships. Your responsibilities include print production, customer-facing interactions, leadership, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach the store’s selling model and customer-first engagement
- Supervise print production and customer service interactions
- Execute flyers and promotional items to maximize sales
- Lead cash and print areas toward goals
- Train associates and encourage continuous development
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of retail customer service experience
- Prior supervisory and coaching experience preferred
- One to two years in print communications
- Working knowledge of graphic design principles
- Computer and printing equipment technical proficiency
