Tech Lead - $72,000/Year I Onsite Brazil Location: Brazil (with 3-month training in Thailand) Type: Full-time Onsite Industry: Blockchain, Gaming, Fintech About the Client Global company specializing in Blockchain, Fintech, and Gaming platforms seeks a Technical Lead to architect and lead high‑scale product development. Key Responsibilities 1. Architecture & System Design Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical specs. Design and review system architecture for web & mobile applications. Lead integration with external partners (KYC, payment gateways, service providers). 2. Technical Leadership Backend: Go (Fiber), Java, Node.js (Kraken/Express), Nginx Messaging: Socket.io, MQTT, NATS, Redis Pub/Sub Databases: PostgreSQL, CockroachDB, MongoDB, Redis Real‑time: WebSocket / Socket.io Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Sentry Cloud & Deploy: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), AWS, Azure 3. Front‑End Collaboration Next.js (React 18), Zustand / Redux Toolkit, React Query / SWR Authentication: NextAuth.js, OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak 4. Team Management Coordinate onshore/offshore/outsource engineering teams. Mentor engineers and promote a strong engineering culture. Manage technical risks and troubleshoot complex system issues. 5. Vendor Partnership Ensure smooth technical integration with external partners. Evaluate new technologies and recommend architecture improvements. Requirements Minimum 7+ years of software development experience, specializing in Golang or Java. Minimum 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Strong architecture, system design, and cloud experience. Experience integrating KYC providers, payment gateways, or similar services. Ability to work in a multi‑country product environment. Excellent communication skills. English is mandatory; Vietnamese or another language is a plus.
