Apply for the Licensed Insurance Advisor role at Manulife. As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will sell Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance through inbound sales calls, outbound calls, and online interactions with clients. Position Responsibilities Handling inbound calls from new clients interested in Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance Making outbound calls to clients who have shown interest in discussing our options. Assisting clients through online chats and other digital channels Providing advice, discovering client needs, and offering solutions to meet those needs Accurately recording needs analysis and other client information through an online system Meeting sales, quality, and compliance measures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Building rapport with clients through professional, personalized service to foster your own sales pipeline Supporting various marketing/sponsor campaigns Being the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with the team and raising suggestions, concerns, or feedback on improvements Required Qualifications High-energy individuals with excellent verbal and written communication and great active listening skills People who love to obsess about customers and thrive in a supportive team environment People motivated by sales targets and eager to take control of total earnings potential Ability to work seamlessly in an open office environment and from home Ability to persuade and negotiate using a consultative sales approach over the phone or online chat Strong attention to detail when gathering client information, conducting thorough needs analysis, offering personalized solutions, identifying sales opportunities, and closing the sale Preferred Qualifications Proven problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with diverse clients to reach effective solutions Comfortable navigating multiple programs/screens simultaneously, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Salesforce, and other web-based systems Telephone sales or call center experience Insurance experience dealing with Accident & Sickness and Life Insurance Post-secondary degree or equivalent business experience Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools When You Join Our Team We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
