Assistant Route Service Sales Representative Requisition Number: 215367 Job Description Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide route service to a set customer base. Responsibilities include picking up and delivering uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies and other ancillary items. Daily duties involve lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts. Occasionally, the role requires driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day. Most RSSRs work 4 days per week with no weekends. Responsibilities Provide route service to assigned customer base. Pick up and deliver uniforms and facility services products. Lifting, carrying, and walking clean and soiled products into and out of customer sites. Drive company‑owned vehicle to customer stops as required. Maintain a 4‑day work week with no weekend shifts. Requirements Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license. Can satisfy the physical demands of the position. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent (military service accepted). Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork ability. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
