Child and adolescent experience preferred. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Completion of a university degree with specialization in one of the Social Sciences or completion of the Child & Youth Care Worker Diploma Program or equivalent. Certification/Licence/Registration Preference will be given to active members of the Child & Youth Care Worker Association of Manitoba. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated ability to deliver direct client care. Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and evaluate client treatment plans. Demonstrated abilityto provide therapeutic clinical interventions and effective milieu management. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships within the multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to maintain the focus of community resource identification and utilization.
