This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking for ServiceNow HRSD Architect immediately with experience in ServiceNow, HRSD, ITSM, CSM. Deep HRSD knowledge, technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform, integration experience, and strong soft skills like communication and stakeholder management to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready HR solutions. Technical Skills Platform Expertise: A solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scoped applications, data modeling, ACL/security, flow orchestration, and platform performance optimization, is essential for designing robust HRSD solutions. HRSD Modules & Workflows: Proficiency with HRSD-specific modules such as Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Case and Knowledge Management, HR Integrations, Performance Analytics, and Mobile Onboarding apps is required for implementing end-to-end HR processes. Scripting & Customization: Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, business rules, UI policies, and other customization features allows architects to tailor solutions to meet organizational HR requirements. Integrations: Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems, e-signature platforms, and other enterprise applications ensures seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Workflow Automation: Skills in creating, configuring, and optimizing workflow and approval processes within HRSD help automate complex HR tasks and improve employee experience. Implementation & Deployment: Capability in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow HRSD implementations, analyzing technical requirements, and providing implementation blueprints is critical. We are looking to hire an ServiceNow Architect immediately who has experience in HRSD. The pay range for this role is CAD $130,000 - CAD $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
