You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.Your ResponsibilitiesYou have a passion for driving sales: as an LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. Support Store Leadership in maximizing opportunities to drive KPI results.Lead people: motivate and inspire the team through AEO core values. Be a role-model and hold associates accountable to AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.Teamwork and performance: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing real-time coaching. motivate and engage by recognizing outstanding performance.Visual & operational innovation: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
