Employment Type: Contract Job Number: 12542 Workplace Type: RemoteJob DescriptionOur client is looking for aOCMTraining Specialist for a 13-month contract.Start: December 1 st , 2025End date : December 31 st , 2026 (With renewal option)Site Location: MontrealOn Site: Remote but available for onsite meetings, and go liveTravel 0-10%Language: English + FrenchSupports the adoption of new systems and processes by implementing change management and training strategies during major organizational transformations.Required profile: relevant bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience in change management/training (SAP/ERP preferred), bilingual English/French SharePoint, PowerBI, LMS, and Articulate 360.Key skills include prioritization under pressure, strong communication, collaboration, data‑driven reporting, planning, and problem‑solving.Change management responsibilities: develop OCM plans, targeted communications, stakeholder and impact analyses, readiness assessments, adoption monitoring, and proactive risk/resistance management.Training & governance responsibilities: coordinate training materials and sessions, support instructional design and translations, maintain documentation and platforms, ensure integration with project plans, and drive continuous improvement.Must have Work Authorization for Canada.The Addmore Group is the premier provider of SAP related resources in Canada.
