If so, this job will be for you Key Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the general production process by applying stains and finishes to assigned products. Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to company quality standards. Verify measurements, quantities, labels, and order details before packaging. Accurately track and record tallies for all materials and finished products, following work orders and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Maintain strict quality standards for finished products. Prioritize attention to detail and rigorous quality control. Assist with finishing of products when necessary and contribute to the efficient production outputs. Key Competencies Critical thinking and problem solving. Strong attention to detail. Planning and organizational skills. Ability to make decisions. Adaptability Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in manufacturing, or packaging is an asset but not required. Knowledge and experience of paint and it's application. Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license. Competitive wages offered and will be determined upon experience. We offer a comprehensive benefit packaged.
