In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health and in accordance with the standards of professional practice, performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures/examinations and related duties working in userid? collaboration with radiologists/cardiologists, physicians, and other health care professionals. Shift Rotation / Hours of Work Monday to Friday, Days - 08:30 to 16:30 Prince Rupert Regional Hospital It is a 30‑bed facility that sees an average of 22,000 ER visits per year. It is a fully equipped facility with medical imaging, laboratory, ICU, ER and maternity. Services include: Acute Care Internal medicine Ultrasound CT scans Surgery Emergency department Extended care Pediatrics Radiology Obstetrics Gynecology Additional services such as diabetes education, healthy heart and rehabilitation, podiatry, orthopedics, and other visiting specialists are available. Location Prince Rupert is a marine‑based port city with one‑of‑a‑kind wilderness exploration and wildlife viewing experiences on northwest BC’s Pacific Coast. It’s also a popular stop on various Alaskan cruises. Located 721 km (447 mi) west of Prince George on Highway 16, Prince Rupert is the land, air, and water transportation hub of British Columbia’s North Coast, and home to 13,500 people.
