Change Management and Process Optimization

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join the Workforce Technology & Services (WTS) Team as a Change Management and Process Optimization Specialist. This role is ideal for a strategic, user-experience professional skilled at developing and executing strategies to ensure new products, systems, or processes are successfully adopted and used by their intended audience. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, creating communication and training plans, and managing resistance to change to maximize user engagement and achieve business goals. The role requires collaboration with various teams like product, design, and engineering, to drive successful, long-term adoption and user satisfaction.This role will be best for someone who has a proven track record of managing multiple, complex chang projects simultaneously, and working autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and process improvement efforts. Risk Management: Assess risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
