Job Type: Regular The Finance Transformation team is looking for a Senior Advisor who is passionate about performance improvement and motivated to play a strategic role in transforming the finance function and the organization. Reporting to the Director – Finance Transformation, the incumbent’s primary mandate will be to plan, lead, and deliver projects aimed at optimizing processes and controls, collaborating with various Agropur teams. He or she will act as a change agent, challenging the status quo while fostering buy‑in from Finance teams and stakeholders. The Senior Advisor will also contribute to establishing a culture of continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and controls within the organization. Invest in you, JOIN AGROPUR. Develop and recommend concrete, innovative solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, challenging the status quo to improve processes and Finance team performance. Direct, plan, and oversee targeted optimization projects and initiatives, ensuring their success in collaboration with Finance teams to accelerate the month‑end closing process. Analyze and challenge key processes within the Finance function to maximize efficiency. Establish effective communication channels between Finance teams and other departments, demonstrating recognized leadership that engages peers. Be accountable for achieving project results and objectives, acting autonomously and ensuring follow‑up with various stakeholders. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment. What you need to join our team: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a professional accounting designation is considered an asset. 5 years of experience in a similar role or in relevant functions. Good knowledge of SAP. Excellent interpersonal skills to establish credibility and foster a recognized collaborative environment. Strong analytical skills and a strong focus on finding practical solutions. Proven experience in process improvement. Project management experience.
