Lead operational training and orderfilling at Walmart Logistics in Calgary, using Material Handling Equipment and Vocollect systems daily. Support accurate freight movement.
As a Distribution Centre Prime Associate, you will orderfill non-conveyable freight while training new and existing associates. The work includes class-based instruction, on-the-job operational support, observation assessments, and maintaining picking accuracy. You will use 5090 shipping lane computers and TC70s with the MM program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orderfill non-conveyable freight as the primary job function
- Facilitate class-based training programs for team members
- Provide on-the-job support across operational functions
- Complete observation assessments for associate training
- Transport picked pallets and freight accurately to shipping lanes
Requirements:
- Age eighteen or older
- Lift up to fifty pounds repeatedly for ten hours daily
- Operate Material Handling Equipment while performing duties
- Use Vocollect headset and orderfilling system proficiently
- Wear steel-toed safety shoes or boots on the first day
