Good Taste Foods Co., Ltd – Production Supervisor – Food and Beverage Processing Position: Production Supervisor – Food and Beverage Processing Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience) Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week Number of Positions: 1 Other remuneration: 4% vacation pay Job Duties: Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of employees involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food and beverage products. Oversee daily production operations to identify and resolve routine operational or quality issues, ensuring continuous workflow and product standards. Monitor and control raw material inventory levels and requisition materials and supplies. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies. Prepare production reports and maintain accurate production and quality control records. Conduct performance reviews of staff in line with company policies. Job Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years in the food or beverage processing industry. Education: Completion of secondary school.
