Whether we’re leading real-time money movement, driving innovative commerce solutions like open payments for transit systems, or making advancements in new areas like verification and open banking, we are playing a key role in shaping the future of the digital economy in Canada.The CMDB/Asset Management, Lead will have responsibilities in building and executing CMDB Strategy for Interac’s enterprise, through the compliance to processes, procedures, and policies, aligned with ServiceNow CSDM framework, ITIL framework and ISO/IEC compliance standards. This role will administer, manage and carry out all aspects of the CMDB process ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of Interac’s CMDB/CSDM as it relates to hardware and software IT assets, reporting directly to the Leader, BISO & IT Compliance Management.10+ years experience in Information Technology including building and managing discovery and service mapping solution on ServiceNow platformExperience with Asset and Configuration Management processes, procedures and Service Management processes.Hands on experience with Asset / CMDB tools Experience identifying, investigating, and resolving Discovery issues with working knowledge of Cloud or on-prem infrastructure i.e. AWS, Azure, VMware, UNIX, Windows, and various network infrastructureIn-depth knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, IP networks, subnetting, network devices, and virtualization environments configurations, i.e., Hyper-V, VMware. In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow reconciliation process and identifying the frameworks related to ServiceNow mapping.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow discovery patterns and scripts, especially PowerShell and JavaScript.
