The ideal candidate will be strong at developing relationships and bridging the multidisciplinary team. Reports to the Allied Health Director on administrative matters. Manages budgets, workload, quality, labour relations, and human resources. Implements organizational policies related to Allied Health services.Professional Leader ComponentProvides leadership and representation for the Allied Health profession in their area. Ensures standards align with regulatory and accreditation bodies. Contributes to professional development through the practice council.
