Location: St Jacques, QC (Hybrid)ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting and financial forecasting process, in close collaboration with the organization's various departments, to ensure integrated planning aligned with strategic objectives;Oversee functions related to costing, inventories, budgets, strategic financial analysis and special projects;Provide advanced financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and corporate growth;Continuously improve financial, administrative and operational processes, in a context of sustained growth and continuous improvement;Work closely with the financial controller and members of the management team;Actively participate in the strategic business review, providing financial perspectives;Manage, develop and mobilize a team of 3 analysts;Play a key role in the deployment of the Group's transformation initiatives and financial tools;Act as an internal reference for business issues with a financial impact.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance and CPA professional designation;Minimum 8 to 12 years' relevant experience, including a stint in a manufacturing company;Excellent understanding of operational and financial issues in a manufacturing context (multi-site, multi-currency);Solid experience in budgeting, costing, strategic analysis and team management;Knowledge of IFRS (an asset);Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and ERP (Epicor, SAP, Oracle or equivalent);Bilingualism French/English essential (frequent contacts with Mexico, the USA and the parent company in India);Business acumen, ability to synthesize and excellent strategic judgment;Mobilizing leadership and entrepreneurial spirit in a changing environment.DetailsSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance, Accounting/Auditing, and ManagementIndustries: ManufacturingNote: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Groom & Associés / Associates by 2x.
