The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its well-established and profitable business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and general management of day-to-day operations, with a focus on enhancing and revitalizing the sales function. This includes strengthening sales and leadership teams, developing a robust marketing strategy that leverages digital, social media, and e-commerce platforms, and improving brand visibility and customer engagement. The CEO will also be tasked with managing financials, forecasting, and instilling a culture of accountability and performance across the organization.

The ideal CEO for the company will have a background in sales and marketing, with experience in retail or a related industry, and a proven track record in managing B2B and B2C businesses with design-focused products. The role requires a strategic visionary who can influence a culture of engagement, performance, and innovation, and who is adept at establishing and implementing a successful strategic plan. The CEO will work closely with the Advisory Board, and the position is based in Metro Vancouver with some domestic travel involved.
