YWCA Toronto is seeking a Shelter Support Worker - Housing Counsellor to provide counseling, crisis support, housing referrals, and workshop delivery for women in the shelter. You will work within a feminist, trauma-informed framework on a collaborative team.
Applicants should have an undergraduate degree (BSW preferred), experience in housing counseling, and strong communication. The role includes rotating shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.
