CES Plumbing is seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyperson Plumber (306A) to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in high-rise condominiums. Following safe work practices, the Journeyperson Plumber will utilize their expertise and knowledge to diagnose plumbing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Participate in construction projects involving plumbing changes and/or additions
Respond to service calls and assess the concern
Assist in the assembly, installation, maintenance, and pressure testing of all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, and plumbing systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Assist in the preparing and cleaning of work areas for daily projects including the packing and picking of materials/tools for daily projects from site, suppliers or shop
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition
Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.
Maintain and service plumbing systems and components
Test and replace defective equipment
Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects
Submit work orders for review and approval
Train and mentor Plumbing apprentices as required
Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation
Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and repair techniques.

Qualifications:
Journeyperson (306A) Plumber License
Must possess a "full G" Ontario driver's license and a clean driving record
Graduate of a Community College Plumbing Program is preferred
Experience working in high-rise buildings is an asset
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is required
Experience with routine maintenance operations
Familiarity with operating basic hand tools is necessary for the role
Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently
Excellent time management skills
Professional appearance consistent with organization expectations
A team player with an above-average work ethic
