You will be at the forefront of shaping the expansive and immersive worlds featured in our upcoming AAA title. You will collaborate closely with various disciplines to create seamless and captivating game environments. As a senior level designer, your expertise will be pivotal in defining the gameplay and narrative direction of our game world.What you'll doCollaborate with the narrative and art teams to understand and implement the overall narrative, gameplay and artistic vision into expansive and cohesive game worldsShare your knowledge and craft within the level design teamDesign and iterate on the layout, geography, and aesthetics of our game levels, ensuring a harmonious blend of visual storytelling and gameplayWork closely with artists to integrate environmental storytelling elements and maintain visual consistency with the game's overarching art directionImplement and refine gameplay mechanics within the game world, ensuring a holistic, emergent and engaging player experience.What you'll bring8 + years of game industry experience as a level designerExperience with narrative design and world design is a plusGood understanding of space, flow and pacingGood grasp on environmental storytelling, level design principles, and interactive world-buildingAbility to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment Passion for video games and a deep understanding of current industry trendsUnreal Engine 5 is a plusWe are an Equal Opportunity EmployerInvoke commits to offer equal working chances to every individual, without regard based on the following: age, sex, sexual orientation, physical disability, country origin, religion, citizenship, native country or any other possible particularities.
