Job Description We’re looking for a charming, customer‑focused associate who can handle financial transactions accurately and provide an exceptional customer experience. In This Role, You Will: Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments according to operating procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct. Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and promote banking solutions, completing business processes on time and accurately. Connect personally with customers to explain banking solutions and processes clearly. Help build a positive, diverse, equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and ongoing performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated and providing status updates on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to enhance excellence. Job Requirements High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact calmly and courteously with diverse customers.
