OverviewAt Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc., our strength starts with our people As a team we collaborate to solve problems, contribute ideas and challenge each other to ensure growth and ultimately success for the business and our employees.Job Description & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, monitor and continuously improve an Asset Management Plan that includes a Risk Management Plan to identify and control risks, an Asset Operating Plan that standardizes processes and procedures for proper operation and an Asset Maintenance Plan to optimize predictive and preventive maintenance programs for all assetsAccountable for the deployment, development, enhancement, support and maintenance of all Oracle eAM 12.2 Master Data which resides within the Oracle DatabaseDevelop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. These problems include availability, performance, capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issuesPerform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on unscheduled delays exceeding threshold criteria, track associated action items, complete effectiveness evaluation and drive resolutionEvaluate and implement condition-based monitoring (CBM) technologies and predictive maintenance (PdM) where applicable (acoustic emissions, alignment, dynamic balancing, infrared thermography, motor circuit analysis, oil analysis, ultrasonic, vibration analysis)Support the capital project process (CAPEX) and work with Maintenance, Operations, Quality and Projects to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installationsContribute to planning of production capacity based on analysis of preventive maintenance requirements, repair histories and inspection reportsIdentify potential for cost reduction through extended parts life, reduced labor cost, and other material-related improvement techniquesRequirementsBachelor of Applied Science degree in EngineeringMinimum of five (5) years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing environmentP.Eng considered an assetExperience with condition-based monitoring (CBM) and predictive maintenance (PdM)Intermediate to advanced user within CMMS system (Oracle eAM 12.2 preferred, SAP, etc.)Ability to interpret P&ID drawings (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.)Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)Proven teamwork, demonstrated written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with an attention to detail in the administration of projectsBenefitsCompetitive wages and bonus opportunitiesFamily medical, dental, and prescription coverage at minimal employee costShort and long term disability programsCompetitive retirement plansFlexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsEmployer-provided and Voluntary Life Insurance optionsPaid vacation and recognized statutory holidaysApprenticeship and career advancement within the companyTuition reimbursementWellness programEqual Opportunity EmployerOrion Steel Group, L.L.C is an Equal Opportunity employer.
