You’ll be a key ambassador of our hospitality vision, ensuring seamless, memorable guest interactions and flawless kitchen operations.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive ChefDirect food preparation and collaborate on menu designSupervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality and safety standards are metMaintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulationsAssist with inventory, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenanceTrain new employees and support hiring processesSchedule staff shifts and adjust payroll as neededComplete and maintain health and safety logs and monthly auditsCommunicate effectively with service teams and respond to guest feedbackEnsure compliance with all client and company policiesSupport menu refreshes and provide creative inputCoordinate equipment repairs and manage labour within budgetSubmit monthly inventory and follow waste reduction techniquesRoleThink you have what it takes to be our Executive Sous Chef / Sous Chef?
