Senior Proposal Coordinator – BinnieWe invite you to apply for the Senior Proposal Coordinator role at Binnie, an employee‑owned engineering firm headquartered in British Columbia. In this full‑time, permanent position you will support our Proposal Team by producing high‑quality proposals and managing large, complex, and strategically important proposals.Your RoleImplement our proposal strategy/process and suggest improvements based on industry experienceSpearhead kick‑off meetings to discuss proposal strategy, content development, and internal deadlinesDevelop and monitor our proposal preparation scheduleAssemble and customize project team resumes, highlight sheets, and boilerplate for RFPsProofread/edit content and provide improvement adviceReview RFPs and ensure compliance of the proposal responseUse knowledge of industry clients to provide strategic advice to Binnie and the Proposal TeamSupport the Proposal Manager as needed for senior‑level tasks and annual initiativesWhat You BringMinimum 5 years of experience leading/ preparing standard and complex proposals, and writing/editing/strategizing/developing proposal contentExperience in the BC consulting industry is mandatoryCompleted Diploma or Degree in Arts/Communications/Commerce/Business Administration or other writing‑focused fieldAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Basic skills in Microsoft ProjectKnowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteStrong proposal, business, and technical writing skills; able to write original text and customize existing text to suit assignmentsExceptional ability to manage multiple competing demands and meet deadlines consistentlyStrong grasp of graphic design and/or formatting and document layout (organizing page layout and applying consistent document styles)Ability to proofread technical writing from others and edit for grammar, spelling, clarity, and overall writing quality, and in compliance with RFP documentsAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing, to all staff levelsAbility to work cooperatively and productively with colleagues in a team environment and to effectively advise the team when requiredAbout BinnieBinnie is the people behind the infrastructure you use every day. The final salary for this role may vary based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
