Avanciers Incorporated is seeking a Lead Developer with over 8 years of experience in P&C insurance technology. As the technical authority, you will spearhead design and development while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role includes guiding a team of developers, ensuring code quality, and driving performance optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive solution design and configuration workstreams • Mentor Guidewire development teams and conduct code reviews • Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA leads on user stories • Establish technical estimation baselines for projects • Lead architectural blueprints across PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
Requirements: • 8+ years of hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter experience • Active Guidewire ACE Certification in relevant areas • Proficient in Gosu programming and Java • Proven experience with REST/SOAP integration patterns • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
