Description As a Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist I, you will perform procedures in both the laboratory and in diagnostic imaging, typically in rural sites. You will work as a member of the inter‑professional team and be responsible for collecting and analyzing biological specimens, conducting X‑ray examinations, ECGs and reporting results. Your responsibilities include preparing patients, venipuncture and micropuncture, routine equipment maintenance, maintaining supplies and performing quality control procedures as required. Position Details Classification: Combined Lab/X-Ray Tech I Union: HSAA FAC PROF/TECH Unit and Program: Laboratory Primary Location: Crowsnest Pass Health Centre Location Details: As Per Location Multi‑Site: Not Applicable FTE: 0.50 Posting End Date: 11-DEC-2025 Employee Class: Regular Part Time Date Available: 21-DEC-2025 Hours per Shift: 7.75 Length of Shift in weeks: 2 Shifts per cycle: 5 Shift Pattern: Days, Evenings, Weekends, On Call Days Off: As Per Rotation Minimum Salary: $35.45 Maximum Salary: $46.69 Vehicle Requirement: Not Applicable Required Qualifications Completion of diploma from an accredited program in Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technology (CLXT). Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Combined Laboratory and X-ray Technologists (ACCLXT).
