In fact, we’re proud to say our products grace the shelves of an incredible 94% of Canadian householdsWith a 140-year legacy driven by innovation and unwavering quality, we’re seeking like-minded individuals to join us in shaping our next chapter.About the opportunityThe Operations Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the Operations Accounting function at plant level for a complex and/or large plant and provides analytical support to the Operations group and Head Office Finance.Attributes we are looking forLead and manage the plant Finance team to achieve high performance, commitment, cross‑functional cooperation and a results orientation.Coordinate, review and/or prepare reports on monthly results in conjunction with Operations Accountants, Plant Manager(s) and other staff.Coordinate, review, and prepare annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.Develop and review standard (dock) costs for use in evaluating plant and division performance and valuation of inventory in conjunction with Finance staff, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.Manage staff by hiring, reviewing performance and providing feedback, determining training and development needs, and providing work direction.
