The Digital Media Performance Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of all paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and qualified leads for the Audi Brand. This role ensures that all media investments deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining the premium brand positioning expected in the luxury automotive segment. Responsibilities: Overall Drive the growth and execution of Audi’s media marketing strategy across new, used, and after-sales channels, enhancing lead quality and conversion across dealer networksOversee media performance across all parts of the business — managing performance from brand awareness through to cost per lead (brand to retail, regional, and segment levels)Ensure all digital media activities — including national and dealer search, digital, mobile, and new media are aligned with Audi’s brand strategy, business objectives and premium positioningEnsure strategic accountability for media marketing investments, driving disciplined planning and partner performance to meet defined KPIs and ROI objectives, with an ongoing focus on optimizing spend effectiveness Media Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across digital, social, search, video, and emerging channels to drive qualified traffic and business resultsAlign paid media plans with brand campaigns, regional priorities, and retail initiatives ensuring consistent premium brand representation across all marketsCollaborate with internal teams and agency partners to define target audiences, channel mix, and performance KPIs focused on ROI, conversion rates, lead quality and achieving the lowest possible cost per lead (CPL)Integrate advanced measurement frameworks and attribution modeling to connect media investment with end-to-end business outcomes Campaign Execution & Optimization Oversee day-to-day management of paid campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with creative and messaging standardsContinuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and structured test and learn frameworks to maximize return on investment (ROI) and conversion performanceMonitor pacing, budget allocation, and audience performance across channels to improve conversion rates and reduce CPL and drive measurable business growthLeverage evolving media technologies, automation tools and data partnership to enhance targeting precision and campaign effectiveness Performance Analytics & Reporting Steer the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights and budget utilization to stakeholdersAnalyze media performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement with a focus on ROI, conversion, and CPL optimizationCollaborate with analytics and CRM teams to integrate media data with downstream funnel performance, ensuring accurate attribution and insight-driven planningTranslate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and future campaign strategies Collaboration & Integration Partner closely with the Brand, Digital, and Retail Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and integration across all touchpointsLiaise with external media agencies to ensure strategic alignment and accountability to performance goals and efficiency of spendSupport dealer and regional marketing efforts with media guidance, best practices, and performance benchmarks that enhance retail executionLiaise with Audi Global AG media partners (e.g., Deloitte, Ubiquity) to support annual agency performance reviews and reporting in alignment with global evaluation frameworksCollaborate with external research partners (e.g., YouGov) to assess and benchmark Audi Canada’s media effectiveness and brand performance across key channels and audiencesCoordinate with NAR digital partners (e.g., IXIS) to monitor and optimize ongoing audi.ca digital performance, ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting standards Budget Lead financial accountability for significant media and digital investments, optimizing budget allocation to enhance targeting effectiveness and deliver sustained ROIEnsure disciplined budget management through accurate forecasting and performance tracking aligned with strategic marketing priorities Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing or CommunicationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in similar roleProven experience in media strategy, digital marketing, performance optimization, and budget management, ideally within an integrated marketing or automotive environmentStrong background in campaign performance reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable resultsDemonstrated ability to develop and present strategic media recommendations grounded in business objectives, target audience insights, and channel performanceExperience managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment, accountability, and operational efficiency across multiple stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a performance-driven mindsetDeep understanding of digital consumer behavior and luxury brand dynamicsHighly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvementOrganizational skills: planning,
