This role requires full‑time on‑site presence in the City of Quebec to ensure optimal project execution. What You’ll Do Here Define and lead the quality strategy for major projects and corporate operations. Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (ISO standards, internal processes, audits). Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and normative requirements across all projects. Lead internal and external audits and oversee corrective and preventive action plans. Act as a quality subject‑matter expert for senior leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders. Promote a strong quality culture focused on prevention, performance, and continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, and mobilize multidisciplinary quality teams. Monitor quality performance indicators and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. What You Bring to the Team experience in quality management within complex environments (construction, infrastructure, engineering, major projects). Proven experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and related standards). Experience working on large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder projects. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Recognized leadership, strong influence, and credibility with executive‑level stakeholders.
