Come build a rewarding career at Rogers and be a driving force behind our success storyReporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury, the Manager, Treasury will be responsible for administration and ongoing management of Treasury (banking, cash management, commercial paper funding, cash forecasting) along with other projects. Candidates should have a background in corporate finance and an interest in financial markets and Treasury. Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills are needed. The Manager will be expected to work closely across the Treasury team to help achieve team goals.What you'll do:Perform daily cash management activitiesUpdate incoming and outgoing daily cash flow forecastPrepare supporting documentation and process wire paymentsParticipate in ongoing management of US commercial paper programPrepare and report on banking feesNegotiate and administer bank account documentation and signatoriesTrade foreign exchange and support confirmation processSupport and prepare intercompany loan documentation and month end reportingParticipate in year-end bank confirmation documentation and follow up processAdminister and enhance treasury management softwareWork with Senior Manager, Treasury on special projects as requiredBuild and maintain financial valuation modelsProvide coverage for other Treasury cash management processes when neededWhat you'll have:Prior experience in TreasuryDetailed oriented and relentless in the pursuit of process improvementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong written communicationProficiency with ExcelProven ability to build strong internal and external relationshipsExcellent planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsUniversity degreeExperience and interest with databases and coding would be an assetCFA or CPA candidate is preferableWhat's in it for you?We believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
