Our client provides global law firms with the tools to safely and securely manage and create digital minute books and corporate records on behalf of clients. They are an end-to-end and cloud-based corporate minute book management service for law firms and their clients, combining physical minute book scanning, artificial intelligence-based parsing, document automation and government filing. Their tool is designed and developed for law firms to make minute book storage and maintenance seamless, efficient and profitable.

We're currently on the lookout for a Customer Success Migration Engineer that will play a crucial role in helping their clients transition their systems and data to their platform. The position requires a strong foundation in API integrations and the ability to work in headless setups. As a Customer Success Migration Engineer your goal will be to ensure smooth, efficient data migrations with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Some of the responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited too:
- Engaging with clients to comprehend their data migration needs
- Implementing and managing API integrations for data migration and system setups
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing migration tools and scripts
- Providing technical support and guidance throughout the migration process
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during migrations
- Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to improve client experiences
- Document migration processes and develop guides for best practices

Must Have Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in API integrations and managing headless system environments
- Strong understanding of data migration strategies and challenges
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- SQL, JSON, Python, Typescript
