We help automotive dealerships run sales, service, inventory, and accounting modules through our software platform. Role As a Parts Support Analyst, you will train new and existing customers on the Parts module, assist during installation, and provide ongoing support for dealership software. Responsibilities Handle incoming external and internal issues via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring professional and timely responses. Log and document customer interactions in our ticketing system, escalating matters as required. Collaborate with other groups to streamline service delivery. Identify opportunities to improve processes that positively impact the client experience. Develop knowledge of our software and supporting infrastructure. Achieve program certification within the primary group in 3 months, and additional certifications within 15 months. Meet and exceed KPI targets and other departmental metrics. Travel at least 1 week per month across the US and Canada. Stay current on software enhancements and new releases through training and release notes. Commit to ongoing personal development and cross‑training as recommended by your Team Lead. Qualifications High school diploma. Valid driver’s license. Previous customer service, helpdesk, or dealership experience is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft products (Windows 10/11, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written. Strong decision‑making and analytical abilities. Strong attention to detail. Effective time‑management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Benefits Internal promotion and growth opportunities.
