Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Mainframe

In this role you have to co-ordinate and network with multiple partners to optimally deliver critical applications/solutions. You should be able to work in all phases of software development process (SDLC) with primary focus on development, maintenance, and support of various Mainframe applications related to the Capital Markets platform.

Responsibilities
  1. Programming, conduct code reviews, and test software as needed
  2. Provide L3 production support during Market hours
  3. Follow project plans and task schedules
  4. Ownership of application components and ensure timely delivery of the same
  5. Ensure quality of deliverables
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications
  1. BE/B Tech/MCA
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Hands-on technical experience delivering Mainframe solutions using technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, STORED PROCEDURES.
  2. Excellent programming and debugging skills.
  3. Good working knowledge of Relational Databases.
  4. Nice to understand CICS Web Services and DB2 Stored Procedures.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within Technology, Business and Operations.
  7. Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members.
