We exist to inspire and help our people, organizations, communities, and countries to thrive by building a better future.What will your typical day look like?Assists with ideation, project initiation or business analysis planning tasks for projects of high complexity.Act as liaison between business and technical areas and capable of leading a multifunctional team on projects.Provides expertise in domain through analysis and understanding of business needs.Leads, plans, and consults on information gathering sessions.Confirm that business priorities are enabled by data architecture designs, proposed data workflows, and overall product functionality.Discovers, synthesizes, and analyzes information from a variety of sources.Elicitation of internal and external business user’s requirements as well as functional specification.Hands-on management of business and detailed functional requirements management activities.Identify and highlight problem areas, gaps or conflicts derived from information gathered.Coach and mentor junior staff leading an inclusive work environment.Manage and counsel team members to expand their knowledge and optimize contributions.Communicate with program managers, scrum masters, application developers, and end users.Manage business stakeholder activities in conjunction with releases.Defines the actual needs of stakeholders to determine underlying issues.Prepare documentation on expected benefits, use cases, current/proposed process, and workflows.Refinement of requirements using critical evaluation techniques.Participates in the analysis and technical design efforts of complex projects.Create or contribute to functional designs.Provides business expertise across projects to ensure consistent resolution of common technology issues.Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing.Support development and testing activities, clarifying requirements.Follows change control process to manage changes to deliverables.Develop and conduct group/end user training.Contribute to the development of firm and industry standards.Provide recommendations to improve business analyst practices.About the teamDeloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte.Enough about us, let’s talk about youUniversity degree in computer systems, business administration, or related area.Minimum of 7 years in technology product management and/or business analysis.Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems.Demonstrated ability in applying quality assurance processes to technology projects.Advanced SQL, data profiling, data analysis, data governance, and validation experience.Capable of sorting and analyzing data from various formats and technologies.Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.Strong offshore management and remote collaboration skills.Experience in dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.Thoughtful decision maker with actionable recommendations.Effective communicator with influencing skills.Ability to focus on delivering meaningful impact.Exceptional collaborative skills supporting a multicultural team.Preferred:Masters in business or information management subjects.Deep knowledge in Informatica MDM multidomain.Internationally recognized certification on Business Analysis.Experience with data storytelling & visualization support.Experience in programming is a plus.Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
