We offer competitive wages, paid sick days, RRSP matching and more. Responsibilities Motivate, direct and coach staff to ensure quality care to all clients. Review staffing assignments and manage overtime for field staff to maintain quality care delivery. Resolve customer complaints effectively to increase satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty. Oversee staffing and prepare monthly schedules for Client Service Coordinators. Hire, train and orient new Client Service Coordinators. Attend and facilitate internal and external meetings as required. Collect and share key performance indicator (KPI) results with the team and engage in continuous improvement activities. Organize and evaluate workflows for the coordination team; identify trends, process gaps and variations to support continuous quality improvement. Communicate serious service quality issues to the Regional Director/Manager for intervention and resolution where appropriate. Support the Regional Director/Manager with projects and day‑to‑day operations as needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the health care industry with experience in home care. Registered health care professional an asset. Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of people‑management experience. Demonstrated commitment to delivering customer service excellence. Ability to manage and improve core business processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn proprietary software and prepare reports in Excel. Additional Information This position is a current vacancy.
