Knowledge about the key players in the health industry, how they interact with each other, and the standard operating procedures is vital for promoting health entrepreneurship. This course provides an overview of the healthcare industry, including the key processes that create value, emerging consumer dynamics in the health value chain, and developments in policy and technology that are transforming the sector.The University of Toronto instructor will be co-facilitating the course with their KNUST counterpart.
