You’ll architect and deliver solutions that become the backbone of our customers’ success, transforming how they enable people to work more effectively. You’ll guide senior executives through a transformative Microsoft solutions roadmap, shape business cases that reduce costs, improve security posture, and drive adoption. Who You Will Be Working With ricev This role reports to the regional leader of specialty sales and is part of a technical, specialty sales organization. You will partner with highly strategic SMB customers in the US and Canada to guide their Microsoft journey. Your team will be supported by technical solution architects and engineersỉnh ‑ early technical guidance ensures fast value. Collaboration with Data & AI, Security, and Modern Infrastructure teams enables comprehensive cross‑solution delivery. You will work with account executives, sales leadership and GTM team members to grow the Security business together. What You Will Do Generate demand and build a sales pipeline for Microsoft‑specific solutions in a defined territory, owning Revenue and Gross Profit attainment. Own the entire executive sales cycle: map business problems to offers, orchestrate virtual teams, shape proposals/SOWs, and negotiate to signature. Lead with value/ROI: build business cases, success metrics, and adoption plans for measurable impact. Take a services‑led approach to help clients architect and design solutions around collaboration, productivity, security, and AI. Help customers define best practices and key processes, provide guidance on Microsoft best practices and efficiencies. Facilitate C‑level conversations to enhance understanding of security and align customers to Microsoft initiatives. Partner for co‑sell & funding, aligning with Microsoft to unlock workshops, customer incentives, and POC funding motions. Maintain accurate Salesforce EPS hygiene and weekly cadence on funnel adds and sufficiency; leverage Sales Ops dashboards. What You Bring To The Table Professional Experience 5–10+ years of proven success in solutions sales, focused on Microsoft platforms. You should have a record of selling multi‑vendor integrated solutions and professional services. Platform Expertise Microsoft: Proficiency with M(com·)365 (Security & Collaboration), Copilot (AI Business Solutions), and Azure Public Cloud. Ability to translate executive‑level objectives such as compliance, security operations and risk into a roadmap and adoption plan that links multiple solution areas to desired business outcomes. Team Leadership and Orchestration Proven capability in leading virtual pursuit teams and coordinating partner co‑selling and funding efforts. Technical Familiarity Knowledge of security infrastructure layers: Endpoint, Network, Identity, Cloud solutions, and Security operations. Understand how these integrate with Zero‑Trust architecture.
