We work directly with overseas manufacturers and provide dependable products, competitive pricing, and strong service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day purchasing of lighting and electrical products Communicate daily with overseas suppliers, primarily in China (Mandarin) Identify and evaluate new suppliers and product opportunities Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and packaging specifications Maintain strong long-term supplier relationships Ensure accurate purchase orders, confirmations, shipping details, and timelines Coordinate closely with customer service and operations to support customer orders Provide pricing, availability, and lead time information internally Monitor quality, delivery performance, and resolve supplier issues as required Qualifications Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; English fluency required Purchasing / sourcing / supply chain experience preferred Lighting or electrical product experience is a strong asset Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑up skills Comfortable working with overseas time zones and international logistics Proficiency with Excel and ERP/purchasing systems preferred What We Offer Stable, established business with long-term customers Key role with direct impact on sourcing, pricing, and supplier performance Competitive compensation based on experience To Apply: Please send your resume to hr@etlin.com or apply directly on LinkedIn. 职位名称 采购专员 – 照明与电气产品（必须精通中文普通话） 工作地点 多伦多西区办公室， 401夹400 公司介绍 我们是一家历史悠久的进口与分销公司，主要面向加拿大及北美市场提供商用与工业用照明和电气产品。我们直接与海外工厂合作，确保产品稳定、价格合理，并为客户提供可靠服务。 主要工作职责 负责照明及电气产品的日常采购工作 与海外供应商（主要在中国）进行日常沟通（普通话） 开发、评估并筛选新的供应商及产品机会 协商采购价格、付款条款、交期、以及包装等要求 维护长期稳定的供应商关系，保持良好合作 确保采购订单、订单确认、出货信息及交期准确无误 与公司内部客服及运营团队紧密配合，支持客户订单交付 向内部提供准确的价格、库存、交期等信息 跟进质量与交货表现，及时处理供应商相关问题 任职资格 必须精通普通话（口语及书写），同时具备良好的英语沟通能力 具有采购、供应链或产品资源开发相关经验者优先 有照明或电气产品经验者为加分项 工作细致认真，组织能力强，善于跟进 能适应与海外供应商跨时区沟通及国际物流流程 熟练使用 Excel；有ERP系统或采购系统经验者优先 我们提供 稳定成熟的企业平台与长期客户资源 关键岗位，直接影响产品供应、成本与供应商表现 具有竞争力的薪资待遇（根据经验而定） 发展空间大，可在采购与供应链方向成长 申请方式： 请将简历发送至 hr@etlin.com 或通过 LinkedIn 直接申请。 #J-18808-Ljbffr
